Pure water is a
vital resource for every scientific application. The Crystal Series is a line
of water purification systems that will deliver the best technical results for
your lab. The Crysta 500, 1000, and 2000 systems complement Auroras
existing line of high precision instruments and produce high quality pure water
to serve three different areas of laboratory applications. These range from
general pure water use in buffer preparation and high purity glassware rinsing
to critical use in High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Polymerase Chain
Reactions. Auroras Crysta Series is an accurate and reliable line of high
quality water purification systems complementary to
Auroras VERSA
mini-PCR, Nucleic Acid Prep and Liquid-Liquid Extraction instruments. Each
Crysta system produces highly purified water at a reliable, efficient and
robust rate that meets the American Standard for Testing & Materials water
purity specifications. The Crysta Series also surpasses the Clinical &
Laboratory Standards Institute specifications for Type 1 and Type 2 water
resistivity levels. It accomplishes this by using a unique network of
filtration mechanisms to maximize water resistivity and yield low total organic
carbons |

 |
| The Crysta 500
produces both deionized and reverse osmosis Type 2 pure water directly from tap
water. Using a stepwise filtration system that allows for exceptional purifying
efficiency, it delivers quality Type 2 water at a desalination rate of ?99% and
a virus elimination rate of ?99.5%. The Crysta 500 automatically produces
reverse osmosis water for storage in its internal tank to ensure a reliable and
robust water outlet supply. The Crysta 500 produces water at the touch of a
one-button dispense option and is ideal for general scientific applications in
media preparation and high purity glassware rinsing. |
